Are you prepared for a funeral?

You are reading this for one of three reasons:
  1. Your loved one has passed away and you need help.
  2. Your loved one is getting ready to pass and you need help.
  3. You are preparing for a future passing and you need help.

Most people have experienced the loss of a loved one at some point or another. Maybe it was your grandparent or perhaps somebody in your immediate family, such as a spouse or a child. In any case, it was hard emotionally, spiritually, and financially. The purpose of this book is to help make the whole TERRIBLE experience of a funeral, less terrible.

Are You Ready for Final Expenses?
If you have experienced the passing of a loved one, you may have found yourself among the many that did not plan for this final event. Here is a list of questions to see how prepared you are for your final expenses.

Have you planned for the following?
  1. Burial Insurance
  2. Savings to help pay for your funeral or cremation
  3. A living will
  4. A Last Will and Testament
  5. A written statement with your final wishes
  6. Assigning someone to carry out your final wishes
  7. A list of people to inform once a death has occurred
  8. Forms indicating the location of vital information papers
  9. Decided if you want a cremation or burial
  10. Decided how much you want to spend on a funeral?

IF YOU ANSWERED ‘NO’ TO ANY OR ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS, YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR YOU FINAL EXPENSES. Keep reading to find out how you can finally find the peace of mind you deserve!

In your defense, it isn’t your fault. You probably haven’t ever been taught anything concerning final expenses. It seems that even when we have time to prepare for a death, nothing we could do would ever really prepare us for that final moment.

To make matters worse, when we visit a funeral home, we are pressured by the salespeople into emotional overspending. They tell us things like:

“You want the best for ______ don’t you?”

Whether your answer is “Yes,” “No,” or “Maybe” to this question, you may receive the funeral bill and just about choke because it is so expensive!
